  1. we are currently dealing with Mainstreet renewal as Tenants with disputes of neglegence and breach of contract as the home was not properly cleaned as promised and plumbing issues which resulted in emergency repairs with in the first 10 days of moving in. we where given a non renewal of lease and asked to move out by March 31st 2024 after never missing a payment and never late. Mediation has not worked so we are also seeking justice.
