    Last week I called Westlake Portfolio Management, and advised them that I needed to see my contract , they were freaking out..

    Then I asked them if I wanted to pay this car off today what amount is that?
    More delays and transfers, finally they said
    “ oh you’re car is a lease and you still have 39 more payments left until July 2025 , at that point they said then if you pay us an additional $3,000 dollars you can keep the car.

    So I advised them this contract was provided to me under false pretenses, and I was never 👎 made aware of it being a lease nor did they ever mention the word/s lease at the time of the transaction, in addition, I have a witness that saw the entire transaction!!!
